Tenure-track Position in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience

The Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience at Rutgers University–Newark invites outstanding candidates to apply for a tenure-track position in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience or a related field and have completed at least two years of postdoctoral training by the time of appointment.

We seek an innovative scholar conducting hypothesis-driven research on brain structure and function across development, using rigorous experimental approaches in human populations. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, neural substrates of early language acquisition, neurodevelopmental disorders, executive control, sensory-motor integration, learning and memory, and emotional regulation.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain an externally funded research program, teach undergraduate and graduate neuroscience courses, and mentor Ph.D. students in the Rutgers Graduate Program in Neuroscience. CMBN offers a collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment within a vibrant urban campus.
