Volunteer for the SPR 2026 Annual Meeting –

Receive Registration Reimbursement!

In order to offset trainees’ costs, SPR is providing up to 10 registration reimbursements for volunteering at the 66th Annual Meeting in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on October 14 to 17, 2026! This award is open to undergraduate, post-bac, graduate, and post-doc members.

Volunteer Tasks
SPR student (trainee) members can qualify for registration reimbursements by volunteering to assist the SPR Public Relations Committee with promoting 3-4 scientific sessions at the 2026 Annual Meeting on social media.

Eligibility

• Must be current ‘Student/Post Bac/Post Doc’ members of the Society for Psychophysiological Research.
• Must be registered for and attend the entire 2026 Annual Meeting.
• Will be reimbursed after the Annual Meeting after successful completion of assigned volunteer duties. Reimbursement will be at the early registration rate.
• Preference will be given to individuals who are presenting at the Conference, who are members of under-represented groups, and/or for whom attending this particular meeting is especially important for professional development (e.g., a student on the job market). We are seeking individuals who will be actively engaged and able to post on social media.
